Just curious since the game itself is heavy of time consuming activities and gameplay. People can balance their lives out sure (family, work, school, etc) yet this is a tough one and I would like some insight on how does everyone manage their weight.
Please be respectful. A joke is nice but anything that is insulting should be left unsaid.
And if you have any diet remedies I definitely would like to know

Go home, eat. And then vegetate on Destiny 2 for 6 ish hours eating crap and watching you tube. That's my 5 day schedule. And has been for years. If I didn't work out and just worked and sat on destiny eating I'd be the size of a house or dead

I go Golfing once a month. Burn more then actually working out. I lose around 10-15 for a Full 18.

When I went on a diet a couple of years ago I cut out all sugar. It was very rough that first week with the sugar withdraw headaches. I lost ten pounds and kept it off until my job changed. I get outdoors as much as I can as well. I got hiking, biking, and some running as my main activities with a sprinkle of other stuff like kayaking and mermaiding.
