I didn't receive my loot from prime gaming

Hello guys, i need some help, i didn't receive my last loot from amazon prime gaming so i started a chat with a support there, you have the conversation here.   • Same here. Never had a problem claiming prime drops or emblems. But this specific month it doesn’t show up at Amanda. I also never leave packages at Amanda so it’s not the problem others have with leaving like months worth of stuff at vendors. So I’m stuck and confused just like you. Hopefully we can both get help!
