Lightfall Annual pass content isn't showing up.

I bought the pre-order for the new lightfall expansion as well as the annual pass and the content is showing that its usable on my account, it's showing that it pulled the money from my account. Playstation is telling me it's been purchased and installed. No content and when I try to select the content in-game it just says error the content should appear next time you sign in. I have resigned in multiple times, restarted my console, signed into Playstation as well, I even went as far as to clear the cache of my ps5 in safe mode. Nothing has worked so far. "Instant access to content" sure
