Arc Staff super in pvp needs toning down

I am a hunter main alright? Alright. (Also I'd like to acknowledge that they did lower the amount of Damage Reduction hunters were getting in PvP while dodging. I just don't believe it should be present in pvp. They lowered it significantly on Omnioculus for a reasom right?) Moving on Arc Staff has blink, reflecting capabilities, and a dodge that gives even more damage reduction. Why is that a thing? You can already reflect just about every -blam!- super and weapon. So why does it need damage reduction on dodge? Side note Thundercrash should counter arc staff reflecting no questions asked. Honestly Hunters shouldn't even be getting damage reduction on our dodge, at least in pvp. We're dodging for a reason. Being evasive, hopping little -blam!-. Like a rabbit on speed... Not to mention the sheer amount of other shenanigans we have at our disposal through exotics and what not. Remove damage reduction off dodge in PvP. It makes sense for balance sakes. It seems like arc 3.0s thing is damage reduction and speed which doesn't make sense... Like why am I faster and tanky? That's all I got.

  • Thought it got fixed today or a attempt at it in hotfix ? Is this it ? Fixed an issue where the damage resistance provided by the Flow State Aspect and Arc Staff Super while dodging was significantly higher than intended in PvP. I’m also hunter and agree they are ridiculous in pvp but haven’t played since hotfix so hopefully you can kill em or super very short duration

        Ya, it’s resilience needs to be tuned.. as soon as the Hunter on the other team casted it my entire team didn’t even bother to shoot at them because it wouldn’t matter anyway
