Neomuna was hidden for a reason. How could an entire planet be hidden from The Traveler and all its enemies after The Collapse? Someone hid it on purpose. I sense much like how The Witch Queen was lied to about The Traveler and manipulated to believe Darkness was a path to salvation for her people. This City is the same. I believe The Witness is behind this too. (side note: The Witness appears to be a robot from the Lightfall cover) We are walking into a trap with Neptune.
