When I get put with teammates that are no better than bots, while I can't even get out of my spawn without being teamshot, I would rather start a new match. If it's already to the point of almost being a mercy why stay? It isn't even close to enjoyable.
SBMM hasn't done anything but make matchmaking worse. Sure the people I play against are better but I don't get teammates who are even half competent. Not to mention the crappy connection
Until there is stack protection and map voting, I have no shame leaving quickplay matches.
Edit: Also getting put into matches in progress. Joining a game against players who have heavy and supers while you get nothing? No thanks. At least people who join in should get some super progress or benefit of some sort

Also, you've only played 5 games of Control. There is no way that SBMM has put you in a high skill bracket yet. Play more, do better, and you will get better teammates

No it doesn't? Every game my teammates can't even break positive. They balance based on overall team composition

if every single game you have bad teammates. . . Spoiler alert. . . it's probably not your teammates that are bad it's probably you. That's just fact. Yeah maybe you get kills but are you flipping spawns on your teammates and all the sudden they're behind them every single time You're running full steam ahead do you stop to capture zones do you help your teammates -blam!- team down a super probably not which means it's not your teammates fault

Being top of the scoreboard doesn't mean -blam!- if you want teammates you play as a team like I said you're probably the guy that goes sprinting into their initial spawn flips those spawns and puts the enemies in your teammates back pocket unexpectedly and completely solely due to you that doesn't make you a good player or a good teammate. Plus if you're constantly blaming everyone around you how are you supposed to improve if you looked inward you probably would see you make a lot of mistakes to -blam!- over the people that you're supposed to be playing with

You don't need much teamwork in 6v6. Don't lie to yourself. If you have a half competent team you can easily roll the opponents. There is a reason why stacks are a thing. Most of them don't even use mics

It's funny that you say you don't need teamwork and then immediately say you need teamwork like come on bro listen to yourself. You don't need teamwork to be successful in 6v6 you just need mates to play as a team. I would reiterate again that if in every single game you have bad teammates in your opinion it's probably not the teammates that are bad

You need people to hold their own. Teamwork is using strategy and specifically working together to win the game. It's not necessary in 6v6 quickplay. All you need are teammates competent to get kills, which opens up control points. Sure I need a little bit of "teamwork" but it's only in relation to downing other players, not strategy. Literally like I said, get players who can actually get kills and you will roll another team even without any communication or working together. Happens all the time. It's not a "me" problem when I consistently carry my teammates

What? This is so wrong. Regardless of how good you or your teammates are individually, it doesn't matter if the other team's players are just as good. Most games are fairly even now, and 1v1 engagements are not guaranteed. You HAVE to team-shoot, cover teammates and capture zones or you'll lose more than you win. Just some advice from a casual player. Take it or leave it.

I agree with you I literally had a game where my own team and the enemy team were all baiting each other to try and get a kill slowest game I’ve ever played since d1 sbmm.
