Master Ketchcrash pinnacle bug

They disabled overpowered heavy grenade launchers straight away because we got the upper hand but actually drag their feet when players get rewarded with under levelled gear.

I have done it 3 times. Master Ketchup…. Twice on this account and once on my other account and all 3 times I did not get a pinnacle. My buddy who was with me got a pinnacle 2/3 times. I don’t understand. Has to be a bug.
