Unable to progress in first seasonal mission
I'm stuck on the quest step "Ahoy and Aweigh" - "Witness Interaction". After arriving at Ermis' old location, I was disconnected from the game. Upon rejoining, that is my current quest (note that I don't have an inventory quest, it's the on you view on the top left).
The icon indicates I should travel to the HELM, however despite interacting with everything (and moving around the whole area), no interaction occurs. I also attempted to return to Erimis' old location, however getting there appears to be blocked off.
EDIT: Fix in comments, visit the eliksni quarter (this is in the helm) - if it still doesn't work, you'll need to complete the quest on another character first.

I had the same issue but even when loading in with my other characters, after the cinematic, I just end up in space and that's it. In the HELM I don't have the Eliksni quarters to go to so I'm totally stuck :'( Maybe if I join someone who is in the first mission and finish it with him/her?

1 ReplyVisit the Eliksni Quarter within the helm to progress the quest (they'll be markers to show you where to go). (If this still doesn't work, you'll need to complete the intro quest on another character first)

I have the seasonal artefact, but I don't recall collecting it in the quest as well.
