Cross Save mistake - Have i lost my progress?
I have been playing D2 since day 1, initially on Xbox but then moved to steam. When I moved to steam I enabled cross save and have been playing on PC now since just before beyond light dropped. I have played according to Steam, 3,315 hours.
I turned off Cross save today as I noticed when I went into bungie.net it was showing me Xbox details and not Steam.
I just launched Destiny and got the flash up about cross save and i think i misread it it is asking me to setup new characters.
Have I lost all of the steam progress? Can i wait 90 days and relink steam and start off from where i was or do i need to start again...….i don't think i can start again, these were the same characters i copied from D1

4 RepliesCross-Save doesn't delete anything, it just makes accounts go dormant and only one being playable; you had your Xbox as main account, so all the characters and progress are tied to your Xbox account.
