Make it a better reload timer. [b]After reloading, you have increased reload speed within 5-9 seconds[/b]. Boom problem solved. Nothing to do with the top half of the mag just a pure reload perk.

Isn’t that what Feeding Frenzy use to do and they changed it because it rendered all other reload perks pointless? I wish. I use to choose FF over Outlaw all the time if I had the option to. That’s was just me though.
