Pity Timer Bugged for Pit of Heresy Ship?

90 clears in, got my ghost shell when I was 7 runs in. I heard they had a shared loot pool but that still clocks me in at 83 runs. Most people seem to get the ship at 40 runs max. Is my RNG that shitty is there something I am missing? Is the ship only farmable certain weeks or something?

I've heard people having trouble getting it on weeks when Pit is not the rotated Dungeon, but it dropped just fine for me during a week in which it was. So I'd recommend waiting - it has a hard bad luck protection, so it doesn't sound like RNG, if it is not dropping after 63, then it's not working during non-featured weeks.
