How about a playlist at the opposite end of the spectrum to Mayhem? LOADOUT Collect a loadout from Shaxx. Loadout must be equipped to enter the playlist. Loadout is locked while in the playlist. Abilities regenerate more slowly. Focus on gunplay. Weapons are balanced (same weapons for everyone). Opportunity to encourage players to use off meta weapons and unusual weapon combinations, without being at a disadvantage. Opportunity to bring back old weapons that don’t get used anymore.
