At the beginning of the season the Lens got a change for Solar 3.0 to apply scorch stacks on targets. However, in game this is effectively broken. We need 100 scorch stacks on a target to ignite, and scorch stacks fall off targets over time. The problem here is that the rate that Prometheus applies stacks is not much faster than their fall-off time. Meaning you have to use roughly 2 full magazines on a boss enemy to ever hit ignite, something that will never practically happen, and you cannot ignite any enemies below boss types. Additionally, the Lens cannot be used as part of a build for killing targets with scorch, because they fall off so quickly that it never registers a target even was scorched on any red bar types and most major types. In the end, this means that Prometheus Lens is effectively not really applying scorch, since it cant be used in any part of the game and applies no real extra DOT on any enemies either. The way to fix this would seem to be simply double the number of scorch stacks that Lens applies per damage tick and it should all be fixed. This would probably still let the most minor red bars (dreg, etc) die from damage without scorch being triggered, thus not being too OP on builds that make use of scorch kills, but it would let you get the scorch kill trigger and apply a useful level of stacks on any yellow bar enemies.

We need more Solar weapon interactions with Solar 3.0. I can think of at least two Exotics that could use some love, Tommy's Matchbook and Sunshot.
