Bungie is aware of a bug preventing players from redeeming their Amazon Prime rewards. This will be patched in a future update.

Ah great, I couldn't see any reference to it in the FAQs on prime, and clearly I must not have searched hard enough here. Good to know it's at least on their radar, is there a page, note, or article referencing this that I can keep an eye on do you know?
