I use tracking/clown personally. I find it to be versatile enough that it can be used on the big boys but also on the more squirrly bosses like Sedia. With that said, there is a good argument for auto loading/explosive and demo/clown. My personal take on rockets in this meta is that they're only really good for burst DPS so the faster you can throw out those rockets the better. Something like demo/clown is great for this. Anything that has a moderate duration dps phase you're better off using linear fusions tbh.

I got a fun one I've been using with strafing lock. Demolitionist and explosive light. It's free rockets with the fusion nade dmg.

Either: Field Prep/Demo+Explosive Light Field Prep/Tracking + Clown Cartridge Demo makes budget 2 shots and works well with Grenade builds. Field Prep for more ammo. Tracking for faster moving bosses. Explosive Light is the highest total damage buff it gets. Clown Cartridge makes is really good for burst DPS with consistent 2 round mags.

With Storm Chaser now and some rolls on Cataclysm the ammo economy isn't there for rockets anymore I don't feel like. But I got field prep/autoloading clown and demo/tracking explosive light. I also have auto loading/tracking vorpal, and auto loading/tracking lasting impression.

Quick launch or hard launch, alloy casing for faster reloads or impact casing for that sweet 2% dmg bump lol, auto loading or tracking, clown cartridge or explosive light, reload masterwork imo.
