I got banned..BUT i dont know whyyy?

I have never cheated in this game.
now i got banned but why...
The last time I went online was 10 days ago, and there was no abnormality during the game, and I didn't even match any battles, but today I just played two Dares of Eternity, and I was warned and blocked after disconnecting twice. I really I don't know why my account got banned, I love this game, I even sponsored it and bought it for my friends to play. Bungie treats me like this, it really makes my heart ache.
Someone, please help me.
