After shooting the bell and entering the nightmare realm I was killed by the timer incorrectly reaching zero upon entering. I've noticed the timer starts at 0 and then goes up upon entering, I don't know much about coding but I would guess value starts at 0 then gets bumped up later. If that is the case then the game only has 1 second to correctly update the value or you die.
