Titan Barricade cooldown
I feel like titan barricades should have the same cooldown as rifts, if I recall correctly with 100 resil you can get a barricade every 15 seconds and with lorely it's basically rift + shield every 15 seconds. It's also pretty strong in both pvp and pve because it's basically giving you cover out of nowhere.
