Dear staff, please help to break off my cross platform save function as soon as possible.
Because I thought it would be more affordable to recharge silver coins on the Xbox platform, I considered using the cross platform function to recharge. However, due to my own careless operation, I inadvertently chose the Xbox platform as the main platform. As a result, when I logged in to destiny 2 on PC, I found that all my original DLCs, firearms, clothing are lost, etc. In fact, I wanted to use steam as the main platform. I hope the official staff can help speed up the removal of my cross platform function. I hope I can buy more beautiful products for this year's Solstice Festival. Thank you.

Allo there, Unfortunately Bungie can't disable cross save for you. If you've bought silver then you'll need to wait until that cooldown expires, disable cross save, wait 90 more days and enable cross save again but make sure to pick Steam as your platform of choice for the main save file.

The wait period cannot be bypassed for any reason. You will have to wait until the time is up. You will then be able to turn off cross save, and after another 90 days you will be able to change your primary account and turn it back on again.
