In Candescent Armor glow quest budded
I completed all the event challenges and fully upgraded my Candescent armor ITS GLOWING and can not get progression on the In Condescent triumph for dungeons and nightfalls

You can just do a shattered throne boss checkpoint wearing the full set. Done in less than 30 seconds. 👍 Like a lot of things in destiny, it's a little jank sand the current dungeon doesn't give progress.

Doing a single GM while wearing the full set competed it for me though.
