Malfeasance Quest
In order to get the Malfeasance Quest, you need the Ascendant Primeval to spawn. However, it is not spawning this season.
If you are not going to have it spawn, then you should offer it for sale in the Tower.
I have it, but a friend of mine could sure use it.
Please consider offering it for sale or give players a chance to acquire the quest another way.

Some people have 300 clears in VOG or more and still not have not gotten VEX, that seems insanity to me. And that's one exotic weapon or quest. Destiny 2 i old as fkk and need new bloods to get this charade going. So put the weapons up for sale and make people happy for a while at least. These quests are silly or boring anyway!
