I know it isn't actually the buff in play, but if you want a taste of how good this idea WOULD be, I hate to reccomend trials, but you should grab yourself the summoner with moving target, moving target also buffs your hipfire targeting, I'll leave the other perks up to you... BUT OH MY GOD IT FEELS SO GOOD IN RUMBLE! at least my version does.

I have a summoner with high cal, dynamic sway and rampage. It feels really good to use.

oooh... that does sound good, If you want, you could double down on the summoner with the path of burning steps on Titans, that's my go to when I'm serious in rumble.

I love my Krait with Ricochet rounds, Subsistence & Overflow. Pair it with Le Monarque or Dead Messenger in Trials for Flawless!
