I play quite a bit. It's really my main thing I do in my free time and I just NOW today have ONE weapon pattern unlocked for the season. It's a bit excessive indeed. There are several still at 0 or 1 so like. I get it you don't want everyone to craft god rolls in a week and move on to a new game or whatever but like... Dear Lord man. I would hate to see my progress if I was a once a week player or something. I feel like 3 is the sweet spot. At worst its 3 weeks per weapon from the guaranteed red box you can purchase. So even if you just want like 2 or 3 weapons that method alone with 3 will take the whole season. Idk. The way it is now is a bit much. Plus it completely devalues anything not redboxed for the most part. Get a decent roll on something but could use maybe a better mag or scope? Why keep it forever when I can craft one to my specifications? I don't know the exact fix I'm not an expert but I don't like the way this works so far. If you just want to hit me with "casuals want everything handed to them" spare me. Trying to have an actual constructive conversation on ways to IMPROVE this system. Not HANDOUTS.
