Is the 3 connections shader still available?
I went on the Bili Bili website or whatever trying to get the shader, but I don't know if the promotion is still going on. I linked my Bungie account and everything.

Greetings! I don't think it is available right now, at least through the BiliBili promotion that occurred earlier this year. The promotion went through 2/25/2022 to 3/24/2022. My information comes from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oi_Im8GR9Hw and the uploader of the video also provides the promotion's landing page in the comments.
