Cant unlock 'piercing sidearm' artifact mod
I can select it but the 1/1 remaining selections goes away. I have the artifact maxxed out. Reset it twice and even when nothing is selected and i try to get it first i still can get it.

Allo there, The mod is currently bugged. Bungie are aiming to fix it by the 28th.
