Yup. Also removed by hive witches black cloud debuff, stasis slows/freezes, GOA "burden of riches", and many other debuffs and even some buffs remove it. It's been being reported now for a while yet I'm not sure Bungie has even noticed the reports. It hasn't shown up in any TWAB that I've seen nor is it in the 'known issues". On a warlock it's pretty damn frustrating to put up your rift for restoration only for it to immediately go away because some minor debuff removed all restoration from you & your rift is on cooldown now. Really wish Bungie would acknowledge this. I posted a list of some of the things that cause it to be instantly removed a while back but still haven't seen any acknowledgement from Bungie on this bug anywhere yet. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/261258367?sort=0&page=0 I know it's been posted by other people too. Some communication from Bungie on this to give us some hope it'll be fixed soon would be nice.

 • Sometimes the sunspots fail to give me restoration buff as well. Only fix I have found is to change classes once. It is really odd bug and I don't know what causes it.

 • I've seen that happen before too, it's annoying. If you're using a Loreley build for the sunspots be aware there's also either a bug or they stealth nerfed Utility Kickstart (not mentioned at all in the patch notes). That was done not last patch but the patch before. If it was intentionally changed I wish they woudl've put it in the patch notes so we aren't left wondering if it's a bug or not. As it stands now utility kickstart no longer works the way it's described as working in game. The description says when all your class ability is expended it restores some class ability. That's how it used to work. If you have a piece of armor that used your class ability (like Loreley Splendor) or even swithced something in your subclass that drained it, utility kickstart would give you a little back. Now if you expend all of your class ability through anything OTHER than manually using your class ability then Utility kickstart doesn't kick in. So you get nothing back when your class ability is used entirely by Loreley splendor or anything else that uses it that's not you manually throwing down your barrier.

 • Actually i dont think its a bug, maybe its intended that these things stop restoration?

 •
Actually i dont think its a bug, maybe its intended that these things stop restoration?
It can't be. Because it blocks all restoration for until you switch classes. And it only happens randomly.

 • I'm fairly certain it's a bug since it's not 100% of the time that it removes it. I've been hit by them and had restoration stay up. It sure seems to get removed at the worst times though, like you're stationary in your own rift and threw it down because you're getting your butt kicked only to have restoration removed suddenly. Also making me fairly certain it's a bug is the fact that certain beneficial buffs (like restorative light, which lasts only 4 or 5 seconds) overwrite Restoration even when it's restoration x2 at 12 seconds. A small slow debuff from something or even a little puddle that has a beneficial buff shouldn't negate a last tier artifact mod that costs 6 energy on your class item and the use of your class ability. Especially annoying on a warlock since you're mostly stationary in your rift and if your restoration gets wiped out immediately due to this bug your rift is likely still on cooldown for a while so you're going to be in bad shape. There's also the issue of the Burden of Riches in GOA (when you're carrying engrams) removing restoration too, and that's not actually really a buff or debuff, just an effect with a countdown as part of the mechanics for the dungeon.
