Hi! I've seen many people complain about transmog not working and while bungie works on a fix I've found a work around for anyone having issues with the current workaround. Go to the ornament you want to unlock and click the preview button (just like the old method) but keep holding unlock for roughly 30s or until it unlocks, if it doesn't work then just press cancel preview and hold unlock again. you can keep cycling this method until it works, that's how I've been doing it and it never fails!
