Trials of Osiris is the worst mode of Destiny
Trials of Osiris is Destiny 2 at it's worst, it's the most despicable, hateful, unbalanced piece of -blam!- mode that Destiny 2 has to offer, today it was my first time playing Trials and I was miserable the entire time, getting loss after loss after curbstomp after curbstomp, I can't even find a team, the LFG is infested with sweats looking for 2.0 kd, teams only looking for console(I'm a PC player), and scumbags advertising their "Carry Services". I have no -blam!- words to describe how miserable and cancerous that mode is and now tell me: How can an average players get trial armor(seriously that armor is gorgeous) and weapons? The matchmaking is non existent, I can't get a team, and on top of that there's cheaters....
This almost makes me whish that Bungie would just remove pvp from the game and focus on content they are halfway decent at making: PVE
OH and if anyone is curious my KDA was 1.52, now it is at 1.3(I think) thanks to trials.

Anyways the PVP is good only for 2 or 3 things, Weapon good for PVE, Skin or goodies, and the seasonal challenge. Anyways the PVP of Destiny is one the worst community of players since long time.....when i see free insult for fun, the report is the best friends....

1 ReplyTrials is honestly a pointless game mode. You can't even get any value out of the game mode unless you go flawless. This season in particular, I decided to do it for the first time. I expected it to be full of try-hards. But filling our your card means nothing if it's not flawless. No extra rewards no nothing. Just reputation for Saint-14. I haven't even gotten a single weapon out of it. The armor set is easy enough but seriously. It's pretty bad that if the main selling point is the gear? (Weapons included) Also, side note, why have a competitive playlist if Trials is still around?

1 ReplyAfter seeing all the posts about pvp and crucible this season, I decided to give it a try myself. I agree conpletely: usually I can win a few rounds and help my team, but this time it’s almost unplayable. So, I’ll tell you to do exactly what I am doing now: don’t play pvp this seson. Bungie does not listen to feedback on forums, they look at their internal tracking of player activity. We stop playing something, they’ll notice then. Otherwise they’ll just think we’re whining for nothing. If it’s this bad for you, do yourself and the community a service and play something else. You’ll be happier and Bungie might finally notice

It isnt the one playlist. If the playlist hasnt had any significant change QOL wise, it is just as bad. Adding content and neglecting QOL does not magically make content better or the game itself better.

It was a terrible weekend for solos. No freelance, no flawless pool, no card win-based matchmaking. Freelance should be back this coming weekend with the matchmaking hopefully fixed, try it again then.

It is also tempting players to cheat to get the cool rewards. Players still messing with connections on console and on pc cheating is still a big thing I heard. Then there are some things that just need to be addressed in Trials like titans getting their bubbles to quick since bubble is the lowest tier.

-I made a lighthouse without too much problem with team (without mic) this weekend, the matchmaking is pretty cool on 50 games, 40 wins together and we are all 3 of the same level of play! I finished the Pass A 2.27 KD, 2.85 Kad on 7 games! -Inviron 150 Games Solo, 110 Loses probably? Laughter's death .... We meet 2 teams at + 2000 from Elo on the pass, BUT IN solo, 8 games out of 10, the enemies Auronts 2000/3000 Elo ... and your team will be a 600 and a 900 Elo, it's sure that strange, and there are only the real solo players who can see this :) The big pvp players speak, but only play with guys at 3 of KD too... they do not know what it is to launch 50 games Solo against stacks in OSI :) even if a lot of players are very strong, if you take their teams for a whole weekend, they will quickly receive at 1.50 kd ... I have + 3000 solo games and 31 solo flawless... you can believe me :) ... we quickly want to jump into the void after 2 rounds solo tail;) have fun boyzzzz

Your 1.5 KD isn't as impressive as you think it is .... Looking through your match its clear that you camo in control ...barely get 10 kill with 2kD....that's bad

I really feel for you dude I do. I will say Pc is so sweaty compared to console. And I know there will be people out there that will say aim assist. And yes on console there is alot but it still doesn't take away from the fact that PC players will have better movement, connection, and hit registration on average. The reason I don't play with PC players is because I play on a PS4 and their movement is so fluid and fast that my graphics can't catch up to what's being displayed making things look laggy. I'm sure many others feel similar so don't take things to harshly or to heart. As far as LFG goes it's a nightmare. The only time I can consistently raise my KD is during freelance because I'm not going to be a tool and farm the first 2 wins over and over again. That's a beta move.

I have no reason to believe anything about arc getting reworked and not leading to massive outlier gameplay. They have come up with every match making scheme possible and can’t get it right. I don’t care that it’s hard, other games are pulling it off so I’m going to go play them. I do not have a clue after years how to play crucible anymore. I do not think in exploiting and outliers. Bungie seems to want to think I should only play top tree dawnblade the strongest and yet the most boring subclass in Destiny history. I try builds. They suck. I copy builds based on the meta and they work. There’s no room for anything but the meta which is why that’s all you see even in quick play modes. Everyone would suck -blam!- if they tried something different. I’m generally sick and tired of trying to find something broken that works for me. It’s not fun. It’s also not fun to put together a build and get into a couple matches and have no idea why it’s not working because it could be luck of the draw match making, an actual deficiency, a bug that’s only mentioned on Twitter, lag, poor connections, poor momentary desync, damage glitch for me or the other guy. I have no idea what is going on and now I have a blind airborne accuracy system. It should not have rolled out until the game could tell people what is even happening. I just don’t have faith in Bungie delivering on a great crucible experience anymore. Which makes half my vault meaningless.

I personally stay away from it until freelance weekend. I refuse to be cannon fodder. Let the sweats have what they want.

LFG’s looking for sweats* more like a .5 looking for 2.0’s. Freelance should be permanent and flawless pool should go. I’d rather the solo players have a chance rather then splitting the player base half way through the week.

lol trials is not meant for everybody, wait for freelance if you can't find a teammate. trials is catered to the sweatlords(there should be a title like this), OR you post an LFG looking for people with the same skill as you, not everybody is good, there are mediocres, bad, half bad and then there are bot players who only shoot straight, move left and right and doesn't jump.

It is full of toxicity and I report every carry service post I see. That said, no one is making you play trials. If you hate the mode stop playing it. For example, I never step foot in gambit because I hate that mode and thus I never feel the need to complain about it. tl;dr stop playing things you dont enjoy
