First this has been posted in Legacy Support a week ago but NO ONE single reply so far.
Gifted my friend the legacy bundle and everything was fine until the “A Mysterious Disturbance” quest on Moon. The crashed for both of us in the ending cutscenes and no following quest anywhere after rebooting the game.
My friends account submitted a support ticket but no reply as well.
Do I need to get on twitter and try the twitter official too?

Go back and do the mission again, worked for me this week.

Try looking in the Quest Archive terminal in the tower or helm...maybe it counted as an abandoned quest.

No guarantee of a reply from BNG or a mod, but that is the system Bungie has. I haven't seen bungie help reply to anyone on Twitter, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
