Did some damage testing for the Rocket Launcher rework and here are the stats:
All damage was tested at exactly 1572 power against the Conflux (Nessus) lost sector boss. 1 rocket with impact casing and different damage frames and different damage perks (Vorpal, Explosive Light, Lasting Impression)
