Hey Bungie: Are you guys aware of a critical bug that is preventing players from obtaining your platinum trophy? Right now, all 3 of the subclass trophies/achievements are unobtainable due to a bug. You can collect all 3 (or 4) subclasses and the trophy never pops. This has been broken since the Witch Queen expansion. You've had major hotfixes. You've even rolled out a new subclass update. And this STILL hasn't been addressed or even mentioned. How is this acceptable? No one can obtain the platinum trophy in your game right now. This is a critical bug that's preventing players from progressing. Please address ASAP with the next hotfix. Please. Thank you.
