I don't know if this is a new thing because of the Ember of Benevolence changes, but boots of the assembler doesn't create as many Noble Seekers when in healing or empowering rifts. Noble seekers also don't seek out teammates and just appear, then pop without giving a buff. Side note, it'd be nice if they proc'd benevolence in the emp rift by like giving radiance or something rather than blessing of the sky, but that'd probably make lumina weird. Also fireteam medic changes would be cool to be in line with solar healing now.
