I never received the Prismatic Inferno emblem even though I qualify
Above is the link to a crucible match I played on December 9th 2017. I never received the emblem even though I should have qualified for it. I would really appreciate receiving it. Thanks

If you still want to try, you can fill out the form here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498731-Contact-Form-Missing-Destiny-2-Contest-and-Purchased-Emblems . I cannot guarantee you'll get an exception, but it is your best chance.
