LB Never, and I repeat [u]NEVER[/u] had a problem in securing kills in PvP. 1 body to a non-super guardian, 1 headshot to a super. I was excited by the new sandbox changes for LB because you're sandbox team said they increased the damage of LB by 50% across the board!

Please, for the love of the traveler, LB is an uncommon enough exotic that doesn't get nearly enough love. Don't add more nailed to its coffin.
Edit: Just to clear up what I meant about the "detonation not being lethal" for those in the comments, It's in the context of, if someone is near the explosion, they aren't seriously damaged, if not, outright killed in the context of the statement "increased damage across the board by ~50%.". I know the reasoning why the initial arrow hit is now followed by a delayed explosion, I read the TWABs just like you guys.

Everyone is upping resilience to 100 this season, last was recovery. That might have something to do with the results you are seeing.

Don't add more nailed to its coffin.[/quote] I think it gets a temporary nerf/buff depending upon wether you're in a forced win/loss ratio match. I believe the forced win/loss algorithm nerfs the teams weapons that's being forced to lose, because everybody gets a trophy. Your weapons destroys in some matches, but doesn't hardly do anything in other matches, that's the algorithm forcing you to lose.

In PvE it now feels even more sluggish and slow than before, plus I'm being flinched way more. Makes it a poor option for any PvE content.

I love that bow too. The draw is just too much for PVP. It was always a little drawn out before. But if you were successful before, my hats off to you. By the time I usually get the bow to draw, the entire team has come over, shot me with everything they had, twice, and just before my ghost started freaking out, the bow was finally ready to fire. Then the delayed flinching from all the shots I received made the bow bounce all over the map and I shot a pigeon flying near the wreckage of the Cabal ship Allmighty just outside the Last City walls. Had to put that stuff away and break out one my ten-thousandth Empirical Evidences to try to defend myself from being the easy target I was already team labeled to be. Ugghh

Don't add more nailed to its coffin.[/quote] Players receive damage resistance while placing down barricades and rifts. In your clip the reason you didn’t one shot is because of the barricade. I’ll add this [url=https://imgur.com/a/Dq3VZ5r]here[/url] since people love to deny the damage resistance. The change to leviathan’s breath was done so that you deal damage to unstoppables after they are stunned. Unstoppable champions take significantly more damage when they are stunned. Previously it dealt the damage before the stun, which made it a pretty lousy anti champion weapon.

1k+ pvp kills with LB. I haven't noticed people surviving, however I cant shoot people across the map anymore :(

Just use Sleeper. It does more damage and can kill bubble titans. And has a slower charge time.

I've only used it a handful of times. You're saying that the total damage now is split half and half between the initial impact and then the detonation of the arrow? I mean, that's fine but you're saying that the targets aren't taking the full amount of damage?

The damage was split so LB would more reliably deal decent damage to unstoppable champions. The downside is that in pvp if they move AFTER you hit them, the second damage hits where they were rather than right on target. The other issue is that with the resilience changes, people are running closer to max resilience, which helps with flinch in pvp but also bumps up the amount of damage a player can tank before being killed.

With the resil changes, more people are running max resil. Which means that 198 damage isn't going to oneshot everyone anymore.
