Hi,
Today I decided to return to the game after skipping 2 or 3 seasons
I downloaded the basic game and the 3 required files...
I was able to play the first mission on calus his ship so the game seemed to be working ok
7 hours ago I bought : The Witch Queen Deluxe + Bungie 30th Anniversary Bundle
This should include seasons 16 17 18 and 19
I can play the game but [u]have no season pass [/u]
I got an exotic sparrow and i could start the gjallarhorn quest on earth, that's all.
Can't claim some of the season awards because I don't have 17 it says
Can't use war table or take quests in the e H.E.L.M.
I am now reinstalling everything for the third time
Anything I can do to fix this ?

Same thing here, i bought it on Steam and im able to play campaign but i don't have access to season pass, even when the game its telling me that i have the deluxe edition of The Witch Queen that should include this current season pass

I bought the WQ + 30th Anniversary bundle and my seasons were still locked but I did that fix it unlocked for me. You can try it out, hopefully it works out for you. In the post he mentions that it fixed his issue with not getting his silver but it helped with my seasons issue, too.

Deactivate your ps4 as primary, log out of psn, restart, log back in, and re-activate your ps4 as primary, worked for me. The dude who found this out also change his password but i did without.

Update: Received auto - message from Bungie: 1. Fully close the Destiny game application 2. Clear the cache if on a console or restart the platform launcher if on PC 3. Restart Destiny 4. Select any Character 5. Check the current Silver balance from the Character Inventory screen This didn't work. I unplugged the ps4 for 30 minutes, if that's what they mean by "Clear the cache" I also tried "restore Licenses" No response from Sony.

I bought the deluxe edition and a pack of sliver and didn’t get my access to the seasons or my dungeons keys and I haven’t gotten my silver. I bought these about a week ago and with every forum I submit to them they jus email back and say the same troubleshooting steps I’ve tried already

I also bought The Witch Queen Deluxe edition + 30th Anniversary but I don't have the season pass either. I sent in a ticket to Bungie a couple days ago but no response yet. Frustrating dropping that amount of money to not get what I paid for.

A good business would not allow such a purchase to happen if it wasn’t available! Lets just say only half of our product was working correctly, would any “good, decent, reputable business” allow such a purchase to take place? Orrrr, is it best to allow people to purchase a half working product for full price? What kind of business would do that? Greedy? Maybe. Dishonest? Maybe. You judge.

4 RepliesSame thing is happening to me, almost verbatim. This was on psn for me. If I click on “Get Season Pass” now error ribbon pops at the bottom of the screen that says “QUERY FAILED Attempting to contact platform services. Please Wait.” Thinking about calling Sony to get a refund just in case.

Ditto for me, same exact scenario. Bought WQ deluxe and can’t play Shadowkeep. Already uninstalled and reinstalled all add ons with no luck? Any worthwhile suggestion would be appreciated!

Just a heads up, I am going through the same issue now for a couple of days. I just found out that because I got on my other cross saved account and not the purchasing account first that I essentially lost the season pass. This was not mentioned or told anywhere before I turned off cross-save. Wrong in my opinion of Bungie. Secondly, I did try to speak to Sony and get a refund under the grounds that the content is not working properly (I paid for deluxe, yet don’t have the pass nor dungeon access) and I’ve been shut down 3 times because I downloaded and/or streamed the content. Mind you, I don’t even have access to it. I bought Witch Queen standalone first, then was convinced by some folks to upgrade and so I did, now it’s as if I donated 40$ to Sony because 40% of what I paid I don’t have access to. I already submitted a ticket and I hope Bungie helps but I’m keeping my hopes dirt low because unfortunately these companies that involve software tend to be the least customer friendly and the most greedy.

Oh and one more thing, there may be a canned response about game sharing some people like to use. Its like thats what they look up in their “canned response” booklet.
