Cabal kills in the derelict leviathan aren't counting towards Skyburners Oath Catalyst progression.

From a lore perspective that actually makes sense. [spoiler]The latest story spiel from the weekly quest reveals they aren't actually Cabal but sort of clones created by the Darkness from Calus memory. But I've no doubt Bungie didn't do it on purpose and its a bug. Hope its fixed soon for you.[/spoiler]
