Iron banner seal

So it says i have 14 out of 15 weapons but no matter what weapons i get or whatnot i cant progress this triumph ive worked so hard for this seal this week can i please get an explanation on what gun i need or why it says i need a unique gun when ive got all the iron banner weapons im pretty sure
