How do I request emotes to add to the game?

Long store short, my husband and I's relationship started on destiny, we have been together 6 years and still play together every day. It's easy to say this game is a big part of our lives. We are expecting a rainbow baby here soon and I'm trying to find out how to request 2 emotes into the game. I'm hoping to request either a multiplayer emote or a single player emote of the guardian celebrating with either pink/blue balloons raining down on them. My idea (if Bungie would make such a emote) would be to start a raid with my husband in it, and have everyone use the emote at the end of the raid to announce if we are going to have a boy or a girl to surprise him. I'd even pay for this is need be, this game is such a big part of our lives and it would mean so much if I could use it to break life changing news to him.

  • as much as i would love this emote to be a thing it most likely wont only because in lore guardians are sterile and cant have kids.... however still not a bad idea

    • This is the most self-centered egocentric crap I have ever read. You think that Bungie should create a special personalized emote just for you, and not only you, but other people to use just for you? What a bubble you live in. The world doesn't revolve around you.

That type of request requires the Super Ultra Premium VIP Bungie Membership which requires a minimum purchase of at least 1 million Silver. Also, you are now obligated to let the Bungie community decide and vote on the name for your unborn child.

      • Congratulations to you both! I think that your idea is a very unique and clever one. I believe there have only been two emotes created for Guardians that were “custom”; a marriage proposal from Destiny 1 and the recent canine companion emote that is being sold through EV. That being said, no one from Bungie checks these forums. I would recommend getting in touch with one of the CM’s or Devs on Twitter. Best of luck.
