Unforgiven broken reload stat.
I have run the new dungeon a few times and gotten two of the SMGS. One had a reload speed of 1 and jumps 21 reload speed if I equip Armor Piercing.
The other had a reload speed of 2. Other people I know who have gotten the SMG do not show the reload speed as 1.
