So you didn't touch phoenix dive? "We're listening" maybe but you're not hearing.

Void lock needs grenade absorb for devour activation back. Having to use secant legs is a hard nerf when it means removing transversive steps or ophidians or even others. Phoenix dive cooldown is a joke when you compare it to rift and hunter dodge. Also with that level of cooldown you'd expect to get the good version of it without heat rises. Also if you ask me heat rises is a pain (aside from allowing shooting, nade's and melee while gliding). Consuming the grenade slows movement (which is a death wish) and even makes Icarus dash feel lesser imo. Not worth losing the grenade for that when it doesn't even gaurante 100% in air accuracy. Lost our ability to make everything explode as easily. At this point the bias is obvious as it has been to many of us for so longe so may as well move to hunter where life is just easier and less frustrating. (Cue the crew talking about how hard it is and how much skill it requires)

    I’m fine with phoenix dive being a class ability, and the instant heal to me and people near me has been really useful. I find myself using the scorch it causes to get enemies ready to be hit by a warlord’s sigil x5 snap. Using certain mods and fragments the cooldown is actually really quick as well, and I can do it pretty often on my build. That being said I wouldn’t mind if the base cooldown was only 1:00 instead of 1:22.

    • No they just need to make phoenix dive not a class ability bc its just making it useles unless they actually buff it to be worth using over rift but they dont listen or even have customer support hell they never even said anything about raid mods being removed and never fixed artifice armor and nerfed deepsight drop rates without saying and now you can get austringer and over 100 kills but says zero percent

      • As a warlock main. And I do mean main I spent the last 3 years as just a warlock. Both my titan an hunter were only 1350 this season. Because they had been carried forward once. I switched to hunter because of solar 3.0........ it's soooo much easier then warlock. Movement stepped is faster, gun mechanics feel smoother, the entire arsenal of abilities allows for better map control and well as greater distance to be played keeping you safer. Need to take cover dodge back break aim assist and typically land around cover. Want to jump peak cool it's a quick little hop and back to the ground. No slow floating around. I feel like my game has improved quite a bit after I got use to the difference, and I probably helps I don't play like a typical bouncing bunny so I end up throwing a lot of people off with different movements.

        • As someone who mained the Secant filaments last season over Ophedian aspects and Transversives, I can easily say that the play style takes some getting used to but as soon as you Adapt to that play style it becomes a very potent one, the true power of warlock void 3.0 is when you use those boots. And what is this nonsense of not getting things to explode as easily?! there are literally fragments dedicated to making things explode more XD! I just used Ophidian aspects for the first time in years, and i get the appeal, its a set it and forget it type of exotic, but sometimes if you want to build into something you gotta think about all the moving parts, Ophidians and Tsteps don't really fit that build crafting mold as much as they used to. They are still solid options but you have to figure out HOW to mix them into the build. For example Take snake gloves + celestial fire + max res & recov on dawn blade with icarus dash and touch of flame, add a dash of healing nades with a sniper (such as beloved/adored/eye of sol ,cloudstrike or fugue) with targeting and unflinching mods, Pair that with Enyo D and you have a monster on your hands. This is even before fragments are talked about. Used it in rift the other day and let me tell you nothing is more satisfying than punishing a res with cloudstrike, especially if it results in knocking 3 players down for the price of 1.

          Stop crying so much I think everyone’s aware that warlock did get shafted the most but to pull the old woe is me is crap cuz warlocks got some of the best stuff in void 3.0 and had arguably the best solar 2.0 and for endgame ur stasis is great u got one little set back stfu Jesus😂

        • Top tree dawn was literally the freest subclass for years, even after Beyond Light dropped with stasis. You're whining, and then you're dragging hunters across the dirt to do it. the most builds exist for warlock rn, and with the coming buffs, there's a whole lot more to come. Not like hunter aspects are milquetoast, and the improvised explosive device TOTALLY does enough damage and everything. Weak warlock, weak player, you suck.

          • I’ll say Phoenix should have a shorter cooldown, but if your boots on the ground then use Touch and Dash. If your in the air I’d much rather be able to use Phoenix dive instead of having to touch the ground to heal. There is a fragment that allows supers final blows to cause ignitions, and all abilities have a source to cause these aswell, and with how crazy ability spam is in PvE it’s a non issue

          • With how long the list of busted -blam!- is this season. Fixing an ability that’s working as intended but is a bit weak isn’t gonna be up there on their priorities. Half the sandbox is busted, the servers seem to be a mess and the games crashing left and right

            • I don’t enjoy being in the air, the play style is just boring to me. I love having boots on the ground and moving from cover to cover. Having the ability to be in the air should not be forced upon me.

              • Phoenix Dive didn't need to be changed and sure as -blam!- should never have been a replacement for a Rift. If anything Phoenix Dive should have been rolled into an Aspect with Dash, with no shared cooldown. And they could give Dash two charges in PvE like it used to be. It doesn't exactly get you very far ffs.

                    • “Listening” and actually making a change for every gripe and complaint we have are two different things. I hate the long cool down for Phoenix dive too, but if they feel that makes warlocks too strong to have the old Phoenix dive for heals in demand, then we’re not getting the old Phoenix dive back.

                      Icarus dash as an aspect is a huge laugh. It's way too underpowered compared to the other two aspects. Not only that, but the healing mechanics are way too underwhelming and warlocks are mostly based around floating all the time, which wouldn't work in harder content with underwhelming heals.
