Right now, a lot of people hate Titans in PvP. I don’t think any class likes each other sometimes so that’s fine, but this post is purely for PvE requests.
Twilight Garrison and air dodges are gone, while Titans had it first on an exotic not a big deal I’ll let slide cause it really is Warlocks thing to be floaty.
Titans in D2 really could use some help right now. A lot of the Subclasses crutch hard on exotics, which are meant to enhance the class rather than be an absolute must run. This is evident in the new exotic Second Chance. It’s dysfunctional. From its damage to barriers sometimes taking up to 3 shields to kill the barrier to offering no bonus damage to throwing shields or regen. Just giving Shield Tosses a blanket 2nd throw band aid fix.
Right now, without Heart of Inmost Light, Void 3.0 is a pretty slow subclass. It hardly does it’s job and just falls behind. Solar 3.0 has more wiggle room with Lorelei’s but even still it’s cutting it thin. I don’t want massive OP buffs, I just want to be heard like a lot of the Solar Warlocks were this weekend. If the low Titan usage rate wasn’t evidence enough, please look into something that might help show that the class needs a pick me up.

Bastion Aspect should've just been a class ability option.

Your an idiot
-
Kevin Yanes hinted that Titans could get some movement tech. Maybe 3.0 Arc?
-
For titans I'd want 1) shield when sprinting like it was in d1 2) farther slide 3) for solar titan make putting a baracade down do something like how it is on void 3.0, instead of having to rely on lorrey 4) make shoulder charge have more of a use in pve

2 RepliesEdited by DuBChiri2: 6/4/2022 5:14:47 PMI agree to an extent. Having to have an exotic to really create the class you want is annoying, however, the potency of our exotics in general (which creates this reliance) isn't necessarily a bad thing. Titans have some of the most diverse builds to work with and a ton of exotics that really do have potential...but they are just undertuned or overlap with another exotic that just does it's general purpose better. At least we don't get crap like sanguine alchemy or the sequel to a garbage arcstrider block exotic which are terrible.

1 ReplyI'd rather have new exotics that are useful than old exotics that just give an ability one class has to another. Itd also be nice if current under utilized exotics got revamped to be worthwhile.
-
2 RepliesIf people learned to build into things more with both guns and mods, no one would even put weak and guardians in the same paragraph. Titans are insane if you build into them even without exotics, hell I basically just used that helmet that can heal off of kills while wounded all last season because the class didn’t need much help. Dualities smg pushes the argument further since demo with adrenaline/golden is absolutely cracked and should be the weapon to prioritize this season.

6 RepliesTitan doesn't need any exotic armor to dominate in Crucible. Titan does, however, benefit greatly from Armamentarium, Actium War Rig, and of course...Precious Scars...

5 RepliesEdited by GalaxySpider: 6/3/2022 3:53:47 AMSo l, the void overshield which can be improved with a fragment and the recent rework of the Resilience stat actually giving you actual damage reduction for incoming damage (like in most RPGs) to anmax of 40%, which also is the Titans trait stat to further lower cooldown times on his wall, is not enough help??

2 RepliesAny conversation around pvp is pointless becuase Bungie has no idea what they want to do with pvp. So anyone even a dev saying twilight garrison is dead is pretty silly.
-
6 RepliesTitans do NOT need any help.

4 RepliesEdited by DJ Professor K: 6/3/2022 8:12:58 AMDon't think Solar warlocks were that heard, we still have pheonix dive as an ultra useless class ability now. I have a feeling arc 3.0 for you guys is probably going to be a lot more movement capable. I personally thought void 3.0 for titans was relatively dope, but I digress. Regardless, it's genuinely stupid how clearly Hunters seem to be favored considering how they get HEAPS more customization than Warlocks and Titans

I hated the air floof in D1. I hated the dodge in D1. I hate the air floof in D2. I hate the dodge in D2. Why they're still in the game, I dunno. But the only thing I know for real is there will be blood and someone at Bungie really really loves Top Tree Dawnblade to an unhealthy degree.

1 ReplyStep 1: Titan smash Step B: Eat more red crayons for protein Part 3-7: see step 1 Helped

6 RepliesI think we need to get over Destiny 1. We didn't just now lose TG. Be like saying hey we just lost Self-Res on Warlock, no fair. Overshields and Resilience are boons for Titan. Also Precious Scars with Titan in Rift - I know it's Rift but it's likely going nowhere - is one of the best if not the best combos. I'm sure there's improvement but Titan has a lot going for it.

4 RepliesI always felt titans should have increased slide distance on every class. Make it intrinsic, they are the ape class. Its kind of silly the ape class has a hard time aping with shotguns and close range weapons. Apart from that I don’t think titans really need any other form of mobility, they already do enough with the melee alone.

3 RepliesThe interesting thing is that Kevin Yanes guy likes to just talk and doesn’t have real explanation to why he tweeted that regarding twilight garrison. He said it’s the warlocks identity even though titans had it first. Bungie has no identity for titans. They say oh we nerfed sunspots to inspire build crafting. So slapping on Loreley Splendor stand in a sunspot tanking insane damage is build crafting? Or putting on synthoceps and spamming throwing hammer with tractor cannon is build crafting? They give these lame excuses that make no sense when they nerf or take something from titans. Look at the solar grenade they gave everyone the old ones while warlocks got a brand new one. Their bias is so obvious at this point. Of course they’ll never have this conversation and streamers that main Titan won’t say anything either.

3 Repliescalled shoulder charge

4 RepliesP.S if Heart of Inmost Light is going to be so important on every build can it get a good looking ornament? - Love, a Fashion main
-
Nah classes don't get along, they can't love each other and their differences because this game is class competitive, there's even a special holiday for class wars. Sad that generally finding people who just accept all classes and their weaknesses and strengths instead of comparing and contrasting them. I like to think I'm not the only one
-
Nerf behemoth again I guess
-
Bungie took twilight garrison away because they are afraid of titans. Warlocks are their golden child and hunters are an afterthought.
-
10 RepliesI'm stuck as a Titan now and each season I regret it more and more. Supers dealing primary damage and only becoming stronger with an exotic, abilities that barely do anything till I equip an exotic it's just super frustrating.
-
2 RepliesMan, Kevin is really sticking to his guns with the unpopular changes (see also: no merging of heat rises/icarus dash aspects because it's too much work for the poor team) I see. He's really undoing all the good will generated by the likes of Chris Proctor and others by shutting down community requests. Titans had TG way before warlocks could fly, playing hard ball to a much requested returning exotic is pretty deflating.
