CROSS SAVE HELP - Need Bungie Assistance

So, When I stopped playing Destiny 2 for about 2 years or so, I came back for witch queen. I originally Played on playstation network and when I came back for witch queen, I played on Steam/PC. I bought silver on steam and I wasn't able to activate steam as primary, which I understand, so I waited 90 DAYS, which is today. When I went to cross save it asks to authenticate steam account and also authenticate playstation account for cross save, It never gave me the option to choose characters, and it doesnt allow me to continue to choose characters because now I have an error stating "You unpaired your Cross Save accounts too recently. You must wait for 89 days before you can try again." Again I waited till the 90 day error from buying silver disappeared, so my accounts shouldve been able to choose cross save This is unacceptable. Can I get in contact with someone from Bungie, because I don't understand why it never let me choose what characters to pick after I authenticated, this seems like a bug to me. So now when I log into Steam Destiny, it is showing my old steam characters that are Light Level 1350

Its completely acceptable and a required cool down for security reasons. Everyone has waited out their time before you.. There are no exceptions.. Unfortunately you are on the waiting end again

    • Hi there. There is a mandatory 90-day cooldown for deactivating Cross Save for any reason. It sounds like you activated Cross Save recently then deactivated it right away because you thought there was a mistake. Unfortunately because you deactivated, you must wait the remaining cooldown before it can be used again. Having bought Silver on Steam would not prevent you from activating Cross Save with that account. You would only be prevented from choosing that account if you had previously linked it to another Cross Save that was disabled within 90 days. When setting up Cross Save, you choose which authenticated account's characters you want to be "Active" on the setup screen to cross-save to the other account(s). The characters of each account you've linked and authenticated will appear for you to verify and select which you want to be active. If your Steam account showed no characters after you authenticated, that would mean you authenticated an alt account by mistake that has never played D2 and has no characters. Or again, if the Steam account had been used in another Cross Save, you would not be able to select it until the 90 days cooldown on it had expired.
