Resilience Tier values need a change
Tier 4 Resilience gives you 4% defense.
Tier 5 Resilence is 8%.
Tier 10 Resilience is 40%
The spread across Tiers isn't even.
Having high Resilience is now a requirement.
This should be changed to be a more even spread so the stat becomes more flexible for builds.
