I am on step 5, in full IB armor and the quest is not progressing. I am even getting the multiplier for wearing the armor, but neither triumph or quest will progress....

Same, even tried closing out the game and re-launching, equipping IB weapons. Stuck at 40%. Yay Bungie. once again no play testing in house before launching on the public.

If you have ib ornaments it stops the process Remove all ib ornaments I had the same issue have been told to do th8s to fix the issue
