I got an Austringer from an opulent chest that has the red ring around it. The progress said 0% on attunement so I went around shooting things all over the place and it was taking a long time to be finished. After I looked at it, it said progress was still at 0%. Needless to say, I was shocked. I restarted my system, tried it on another character, everything. And it's still at 0%. Is this a known bug? EDIT:Probably just a UI issue. I just kept using the gun because it was a good roll (outlaw/frenzy) and eventually attuned, even though it never actually progressed on the bar. Weird, though, no other gun had this problem. I hope there aren't people deleting them because of this. And no, I'm not crazy. I'm obsessive about checking the progress bar when I'm trying to attune a gun. EDIT #2. It will unlock with EVENTS not kills. Do some public events in the EDZ and it will unlock.
