All gear dropping low

Since the launch of the new season I have been receiving an overwhelming number of "Pinnacles" at just 1 point above my base tier. Of course this has been coupled with relatively useless duplicate item drops especially on items one would only want one of such as gauntlets and so on, but worse these one pointers have often been rewarded in places where I already have "two overs" equipped. My entire tier 2-3 drop scheme from containments were at my current tier 1 powerful level. I even witnessed an item that prior to claiming stated it would be 1560 only to have it roll back to 1559. There is clearly something wrong, but I gotta' say, If it's supposed to be pinnacle it should BE a set value. All of these upgrades should be a set value, and it's absurd that it isn't. Rampant pvp cheating has also been off the chain. I absolutely despise being forced to do this content and if those of us who play 100% fair need to suffer through it, the reward should not be a weapon 1 pt lower than what we are already wearing. I again state the only possible way this can be managed fairly is a token system, because at some point it begins to look intentional. The way it should work is this: Pinnacle, two points over highest possible base gear Tier 1 powerful, same as highest base gear. Tier 2 powerful, armor only, same as highest possible base gear but "High Stat" Tier 3 powerful, 1 point over highest possible base gear. Rather than a random drop, an upgrade token would be awarded which could be applied to where the player wishes to place it. (with the exception of tier 2 which would be any armor piece.) As it stands there is 0 rhyme or reason to the reward system and it's just plain silly. Our time is worth something, and when the constant drive to move one point at a time is based hugely on "luck" then it's incredibly disrespectful. It also brings into question fair game play, as one person may have severe unfair leveling advantages over another. I'm politely asking at the moment, but I am also beginning to wonder how pointed and even the system is. Please consider this. I also strongly feel that if two people pay the same amount for software access they should have the same core opportunities. As far as I'm concerned I have not received the "Pinnacles" I was supposed to be awarded. This needs to change for everyone.
