I can’t get opulent keys to drop
I’ve been grinding heavily since the update and was getting lots of opulent keys, now I have been unable to get a single opulent key to drop for the past two days. Checked many times and don’t have a key in my inventory and clan members have been grinding and have gotten keys with no issues
Bungle what do???

I defeated an enemy in castellum that dropped an oppulant key. On the right side of the screen, it said I have one in inventory but that is not the case. So I ran to every chest hoping I could get passed this bug and a chest would open. All chests say I require a key. I have tried logging out, changing characters. In game and in app searched for said key, restarting the game, deleted and reinstall The game, no avail. Any help would be appreciated ! Xbox series X
