I was advancing through the campaign as a Warlock when I got to the 'Riding the Storm' quest. I completed the first half of the quest but when I got to the second part I was supposed to talk to Ikora Rey, but when I did nothing happened. Now I don't know what to do. The problem is shown in the video I linked. any help is appreciated, thanks.
