Controlled Burn Triumph
So im wondering if the 2 High Valued Targets are bugged, ive been in the pleasure gardens for about an hour now, ive had the following spawn:
Multiple Scorn nightmares
The 3 POWERFUL scorn nightmares spawn
The high Valued Centurion Target (orange bar with yellow bar like health) multiple times
Atleast 2 spawn of Tiazat, Fed To Beasts
But no Uaoc, Spine Breaker!
Ive read through google searches he's an RNG spawn, but I feel I should have encountered him atleast once by now....
Ive also read that some people have tncountered the opposite spawn issue.
I am playing on PC (though I doubt thats the issue here)
All and any info regarding this issue be it by the communtiy or by bungie would greatful!

1 ReplyOpposite. No tlazat fed to beasts for 2 hrs. Uaoc spawned twice. Cave scorn twice. -Xbox series X

Yeah I'm having the opposite in the pleasure gardens. Multiple events occur but never the psion. I've tried leaving and returning and this is spanning days and I have been in the zone for hours at a time. I even sacrificed myself to dogs that spawn in the middle. Ran around killed everything on the map and died to the dogs. I know that he spawns with dogs but he is never there.

I'm having the complete opposite of both of you guys. I was in there for 4 hours straight and the two targets never spawned.

I'm on PS4 and I'm having the opposite issue as you. Need the prion to spawn
