What's the point now? How strong is a Well of Radiance in PvE now when you're getting blasted by GM mobs. Why would a hunter play solar long range when all the Sharpshooter perks that gave stability + Super regen on crits have been REMOVED? Take away Lorelei helmet and what do we have? Just less.
Less fun. Less group survivability. Less of everything. Oh right, now we have radiance, and scorch. That's great. The mighty team of 3 guardians are now 3 glass cannons.
Honestly in my opinion I'm not liking it at all. And now we have weapons that scorch enemies, legendary weapons. Because solar 3.0 is so underwhelming they had to add perks to weapons to interact with that.
Why don't you give us void weapons that apply Volatile Rounds on hit? So I never have to wear solar again. Or those BS solar weapons.
I'm seriously pissed off at Sharpshooters being dead. And honestly I don't care much if Warlocks and Titans got 15 fragment slots and hunters kept only 5. It's not about that for me as a Hunter main. It's about my stability perk and the super regen. It's about me not using Polaris Lance anymore, Or DMT in PvE. It's about you killing the idea of a bounty hunter/sharpshooter/boba fett kinda player. With Foetracer.
It's about you wanting to make everything generic and equal.
Why even remove the overshield from Well of radiance. And what will titans do when Lorelei gets nerfed?
Tiresome. Really. You're not giving enough new content to justify this at all.
Balance -blam!- out. New weapons make enemies scorched? Give us legendary void weapons that apply volatile.
Stop force feeding us your shitty solar 3.0 system that you need all kinds of weapons and armor for just to have it come remotely close to the old system.
I'll take the entire old solar system wih radiance and scorch added to it. That'd fix everything for everyone.
You guys need to stop being creative and innovative because you're not creative nor innovative with solar 3.0 . You've saddened alot of solar mains. But you don't care because it's been radio silent as usual from Bungie.
Edit : i might’ve been a bit emotional writing all of this as slowly left and right little birds are chirping its pretty good actually. I still want that stability back, who likes bouncy guns. Book nerds and crayon munchers don’t know any better. Make it a group buff for all i care. Sharpshooters need to stand united and moan towards Bungie at a tolerable sound level togheter!

I legit switched to stasis as it has more support and more survivability options than solar, “the healing subclass.” 3.0 is great if you liked top tree dawnblade and dabbled a bit in bottom tree dawnblade, but if you liked bottom or middle tree for support and ad clear, good luck. [b]Healing grenades ≠ divine protection[/b] Divine protection healed all health + gave you an over shield AND you could run a normal grenade to choose between heal and harm [b]Radiant melee ≠ empowering melee [/b] Guiding Flame had a MASSIVE radius for buffing teammates as well as acting as a one shot melee on some mid tier red bars. It was great with trench shotguns as you could melt most high health yellow bars within your three shots and get it back with relative ease. [b]Ember of benevolence ≠ Benevolent Dawn[/b] The ability regen is so much worse and it doesn’t proc on most healing. On top of that it applies a negative stat (-10 discipline). The list of what didn’t work was 1.Boots of assembler 2.Lumina 3.The Edge of Intent 4.Healing or empowering rifts Combine all of these and warlocks got a watered down version of middle tree that you get a stat decrease for!
